The right handed, 6’2″, 187 lbs. blueliner plays a solid game in all three zones and brings a willingness to play with some toughness to the lineup. Pietila likely plays with Wilkes-Barre/Scranton next season and potentially significant playing time with a lack of depth on the right side of the bluline throughout the organization.
